Collard Wraps Recipe
These collard wraps will leave you feeling fresh, clean and vibrant. These wraps are very alkalizing as they contain cucumbers and celery, which are two of the top alkalizing foods. ~vegan, raw, dairy-free, gluten-free
1 collard wrap
tomatoes, cucumber, kale, carrots and extra veggies of choice
Sauce: two stalks of celery, raw corn, 1 garlic clove, parsley, lemon juice
Cut the stems off of the collard leaves then prepare the sauce ingredients; add to a food processor or blender and blend on high. Spread sauce onto wraps, add veggies then roll into wraps. That's it! A simple snack in no time that will greatly improve your health
